Hast & Company is first and foremost a property management company. In 1979, after working a couple of years for another company, which at that time was the largest management company in Boulder, Tom Hast had the idea that he could start a new company which would bring a higher level of integrity, expertise, and professionalism to the field. Starting out working in his dining room with two single family homes under management, he quickly expanded both in size and geographical coverage until Hast & Company became the largest property management company based in Boulder managing properties ranging from Longmont to Colorado Springs.
Currently we manage over 4,000 units of apartment, commercial, and owner association properties ranging in size from 10 units to 465 units. Many of the properties we currently manage have been with Hast & Company for over twenty years, and we have many past and present satisfied investor owners and Association board members who can provide references as to the quality of our work and the integrity of our business practices.
