During the past thirty-one years, we have performed a number of property management related services for a variety of private and institutional clients, government agencies including the FSLIC, the FADA, the FDIC, the RTC, the City of Boulder, and numerous federally insured banks and S&L's.These services have included asset management, management of REO properties, management of properties in workout positions, Receiverships, financial audits of properties with problem loans, operational audits and analysis of properties with problem loans, highest and best use analysis, disposition recommendations, sales and marketing, interfacing with local government bodies regarding zoning and regulations, insurance consulting, construction and maintenance management, value-added studies, and preparation of long range business plans and proformas for properties.We have also assisted developers of multi-family, condominium, and mixed use projects with input on design, marketing and development of governance documents including Association Declarations and Bylaws.
